Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of kys (kys). By making an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

• Sign-ups are invite only. You need a referral code from the owner, and codes can't be sold or traded.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can change your username up to 3 times. Names are first come, first served, and names that impersonate someone else, or that we need for the site, can be taken back.
• You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

Your page and content

You own what you put on your page. By uploading it you let us store it and show it to your visitors, and nothing more. Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to use, such as other people's art, photos or music.

What's not allowed

• Anything illegal, or links to it.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or posting other people's private information.
• Pretending to be another person, brand or kys staff.
• Sexual content, gore, or anything else not suitable for a general audience.
• Links to malware, phishing, scams or password grabbers.
• Spam, automated sign-ups, or trying to break, overload or get around the site's security.

Badges

Badges are given out by the admins and can be changed or removed at any time. They aren't bought or owned.

Enforcement

We can remove content, reset usernames, remove badges, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free, and we aren't liable for losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
